I need an AIO liquid cooler for my Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 (possibly swapping it for an Intel Core 2 Extreme) to overclock with my BIOS settings on the MS-7379 motherboard. This will help me upgrade from the Prehistoric GT 530 to a GTX 760 without bottlenecks. I prefer a 200mm model, but if not, it should match the size of one fan. I have only two fan mounts on my case. Thank you!

I’m not too sure about the connection between religion and nationality in this thread, so there’s no real reason for bringing it up. I also removed your drug reference because it violates forum guidelines.

To clarify your question, you’re seeking some details, but you’ll need to determine a few things yourself. For instance, your cooler must accommodate socket 775, which should be the first step.

Additionally, you need to identify the radiator size your case supports. We can’t simply suggest a model without knowing more specifics, as that information isn’t available from you. You’re being asked to provide an answer based solely on the variables at hand.

Just so you know... that motherboard is not designed to handle overclocking. And if it is in an OEM build, the BIOS may not even have any options for increasing the base clock speed.
But to answer your question, we need to know what case the cooler will be going into. No sense getting one that won't fit.

The situation... It doesn't have a real name. I was able to boost the base clock speed. I changed it from 2.2 to 2.420 (adjusted the multiplier to 11 and kept it unchanged) on my core 2 duo E4500. I performed a stress test, and it achieved the desired speed.

I can share photos if you're interested.

It lacks a name since it's a product made by Ivory, a hardware retailer in Israel.

I checked the CPU support list and it requires Core2Extremes, so it can't be too weak. With voltage control and an overclocked dual-core setup, you can reach around 3.66GHz using a tape mod on an E7500 form 1066fsb to 1333fsb. The typical case fan size is 120mm. If you have a case fan nearby, a 120mm AIO works well; with another fan adjacent, a 240mm model is suitable. You should maintain roughly 3/4" clearance at the hose end and 1/2" on the opposite side due to the wider radiator and hoses. If your case has a 140mm mounting then 140mm or 280mm options are appropriate. LGA775 should be fine.
