Hello everyone, thank you for your message. I recently got my AIO for a new build and was curious since I've always used air coolers. This one is liquid-based, so I bought the Lian Li Galahad II Performance. When I opened it, I saw white residue on the tubes, though there was no water in the plastic bags. I'm still a bit concerned but would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks again, Ebiteye.

It could still work, but it’s uncertain. You’ll only find out for sure by trying it. A lot of folks would want a replacement. I’ve met a few who might.

It's tough to judge without trying it out. The safest move is to reach out to the seller and find out their policy on this item. Of course, there might be some factory leftovers, but they can quickly clean up any residue and reassure buyers about product safety.
