They didn’t notice any issues from the PSU or motherboard sensor data. Have you turned off any overclocking settings—like XMP—or tested RAM one by one?

It seems unclear why 3v3 is being referenced; this appears to be a misleading metric rather than an actual issue with the power supply, and other components would likely fail if it were problematic.
