Have you tried reinstalling AIDA64? If it's the sole stress test issue, perhaps it's the cause... Maybe.
Not yet, I use the portable version.
I plan to abandon all tools and rely only on Prime 95 for CPU, memtest86&HCI for memory—those options were deemed optimal.

In general, employing more stress tests can improve stability checks—sometimes certain tests miss instability while others catch it. Relying on just one test might not be ideal. But since you're only experiencing problems with AIDA64, you might be able to let it pass temporarily. Also, increasing the voltage isn't solving the problem, and your overclock isn't extreme either.
