Hi! I'm not sure why Aida64 thinks the CPU is throttling even without overheating. Here are my details:
Motherboard: Asrock B760m SONIC wifi+bt
RAM: 16gb Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 4800mhz
CPU: Intel I5 13500
Cooler: DarkFlash DC-240 AIO Liquid Cooling
Storage: 120gb ssd & 1TB HDD
PSU: Coolermaster MWE 650w 80+ bronze

But is the CPU really limiting performance or is it just the program indicating this? Have you explored different tracking tools?

I think I solved it after using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for about five minutes and running a short stress test. It showed power limit throttling. I checked forums and found a guide on adjusting long and short power duration limits. I set them both to 300w, and now the tool doesn’t detect any throttling. Still, aida64 keeps saying my CPU is throttling—why?
