Hi there, I’m curious how many of you are familiar with or enjoy this game. I have to admit, I’ve grown a bit bored with these new AAA titles because they often fall short. Yet, this one really stands out. You need patience, planning, and careful positioning of defenses while upgrading them. The overall system is impressive. Some players opt for quicker progression through purchases, but I don’t think that’s common. Resources can be earned slowly through production or quickly by raiding others’ castles—though it requires thoughtful strategy. A single mistake can cost you everything. It’s definitely one of the best games I’ve ever played. The only downside is the frequent network issues; they’re frustrating, especially during battles when you usually lose. What do you think about this game? Also, do you play it on your phone, tablet, PC, or all of them? Here’s a picture of my castle.

I enjoy AOE games, though I've never come across the term before... AOE 3 remains my top choice. It was released in 2005.

This game is available exclusively through the Windows Store, which implies you need Windows 8/8.1 or Windows Phone. It's essentially a mobile app. I personally only play it from the app store.

I really dislike it. I've been enjoying AOE ever since the first one, but I find it quite disappointing how much worse the new titles have become compared to the originals.
