Undervolt performed well, reaching the offset to -0.120V without any issues and maintaining stability. The temperatures recorded for my i7 are as follows: idle range 40-50ºC, gaming 63-72ºC. Load tests (Cinebench R23) showed 74-78ºC. I’m curious about the idle temps since they feel quite high for my CPU. My room temperature is around 26-28ºC. Are there any concerns? Could these idle levels harm the system? Thanks ahead! PC specs: Intel Core i7 10700, Gigabyte Z590 AORUS ELITE cooler, GIGABYTE C200 glass case.

Your temps are fine. Your case isn't exactly meant for cooling, your ambient temp is a little warm (not horrible) and that's not a huge cooler. With this in mind, I would say those temps are decent in these circumstances. I'd say nothing to worry about. You're not even close to the max temp for that CPU anyways. Even during Cinebench.

This situation is really exciting. The temperatures are quite favorable for the case.
