I plan to check for ant bent pins on the CPU or socket area before taking it to the store, though I suspect that might not be the case given the smooth installation process. If anything alters or I discover a problem, I’ll update this post to assist others facing the same issue.

The problem was easily fixed when someone noticed a small amount of dust in the CPU socket. Once cleaned, the CPU functioned perfectly.

I wasn’t able to get the MSI Z690 to update with their latest BIOS and the 13700KF. I flashed it multiple times and eventually downgraded a BIOS version, which resolved the issue.
