I utilized the Dell OS recovery utility (available at https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/...rytool/win) and pressed F12 during boot to access troubleshooting options, then reinstalled Windows 10 via USB. After that, I encountered missing wireless drivers and other unsupported drivers. Despite installing drivers from Dell’s support site using the service tag, the wireless issue persisted. I attempted to download individual driver files onto a flash drive and installed them on the Inspiron 7577. The installation completed without errors, but I still couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, and no related details appeared in Device Manager. I’m unsure what further steps are needed. If possible, could you suggest alternative solutions? I’d appreciate any guidance or additional info.

Verify the Wirles Auto Config service is active and running. If not, start it and confirm it’s configured to auto-start in the properties settings.
