I see the issue—changes in BIOS are slowing it down and causing a black screen after a restart. It might be a driver problem. A clean Windows installation on your SSD could help resolve the issue.

15-15-15-15-36 becomes 16-20-20-20-38. Regarding the boot process, it tends to be a bit slower when saving new configurations.

After adjusting the BIOS settings, a brief restart is needed. Once back online, entering the pin results in a black screen lasting about 1 to 2 minutes before the desktop appears.
