After turning off all applications at startup, the HDMI output fails to appear.
I recently got a Samsung S3511 with Windows 7 that I intended for school use. The screen was faulty except for basic functionality, so I connected it to a monitor via HDMI. While trying to improve boot speed, I turned off all startup programs in the MS config. Now the device won’t connect to the monitor, though the laptop screen still works and powers on. I’ve checked the monitor, HDMI cables, and even tried VGA. Any suggestions? Edited October 8, 2022 by Zubes Title wrong.
