I would remove each upgrade individually and test them one by one to figure out why it isn’t turning on.

Reinstall the old components. It functions properly. The board appears to be protruding for a reason—check the I/O plate location.

Tried that already whilst waiting for a reply, nothing. The front is stick out because I took off the front plate since it's a little invasive while I'm trying to work
