After the newest Windows 11 update, my laptop screen refreshes every 3 to 4 seconds! Help needed.

it's an HP laptop with Ryzen 5700u, 16 GB RAM and no GPU.
Last night when I wanted to shut it down, there was an update ready to install, so I chose the update and shutdown option. Today, in the morning, when I turned it on, the first five minutes were fine, but then this issue happened! It looks like a File Explorer crash (I just say it looks like that!). Also, if you watch the video, you can see for yourself that the Taskbar is missing!
How can I fix this? Please help! Thanks.
Solution: The update triggered the issue, so remove updates via Advanced startup
