Hi,
My CPU heatsinks had become extremely dusty and my board as well. That's why I chose to clean everything up. I took out all the cables and removed the motherboard from the case, then carried out the standard de-dusting and air cleaning procedures. I had to take the fans off the CM V8 GTS because I needed access to the heat sinks beneath them, as shown in the images:
After the cleanup, I put everything back together, reconnected all cables, and started my PC. During the POST, I received a CPU fan error, the BIOS didn't display any fan monitoring, and all fan speeds were listed as N/A. When inspecting the cooler, I noticed only one fan was operational (the front one). I suspected the cables might be misconnected, so I swapped the two fan connectors—switching the back fan to the line the front fan was connected to, and vice versa. Now the back fan is working again, while the front one has stopped. I repeated the swap, and now the other fan is functioning properly.
As observed, the front fan isn't working while the back one is.
I've checked everything I could think of, but nothing seems to be fixed.
I would really appreciate some assistance with this issue.

Did you verify in the BIOS that all fan headers are active—do you have two CPU fan headers? Were you employing a fan splitter such as:

There isn't an option in the BIOS for CPU fan headers. The CPU control interface in my BIOS displays this.
And indeed, that is the type of fan splitter I'm using.
