After the BIOS reset, RAM is only showing one stick instead of two.
His PC experienced a boot issue after being tapped, followed by a BIOS prompt about default settings. After enabling XMP and TPS, he faced new problems. It seems only one RAM stick is being detected. Despite this, the RGB lighting still functions on both sticks. He owns an AMD Aorus Master X570. Seeking advice would be helpful.
Placed them in A1 and B1 but A1 isn't responding. It seems like a BIOS update is needed, though I can't locate it since both A1 and A2 don't display a RAM slot and it's operating in single-channel mode.
