PC remains inactive after shutdown unless I reset the power supply switch again. Please share the steps to access the settings you’re referring to. I’m unsure if it’s safe mode or another option. The suggested fix mentions ErP and switching to S4+S5. Do you know where to perform this change? I also noticed your PC details: Set it to never shut down temporarily. Thank you! Device name DESKTOP-5E01HET Processor Intel® Core™ i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB...)

I disabled Windows fast startup and it appeared to fix the issue. I also looked into the BIOS and saw that Quick Start was turned on. I didn’t disable it then. It’s unclear whether turning it off in the BIOS and then enabling Windows fast start would help. It might be unnecessary. Please let me know if anything seems better. Your feedback is appreciated!
