I recently purchased an open box B650-a with a Ryzen 9 7900X and upgraded to a next-gen motherboard. This was my first time turning on the PC—it displayed a message, I clicked "Y," then entered BIOS. I booted into an Atlas OS version based on my old PC, which was about two months old. The system started looping between BIOS settings, prompting me to press Del or F2 to enter BIOS again. After that, the screen turned black, followed by a circular animation resembling Windows startup, then back to the BIOS prompt. In the motherboard, I installed two NVMe M.2 drives from my previous PC: one running Atlas OS and another with all my games and documents. Initially, I didn’t attempt to boot Windows directly, but once the issue arose, I tried USB booting as well, yet it persisted. I tested three different Windows versions—Windows 10 Home, Pro, and Atlas OS—and none resolved the problem. Finally, I cleaned the disc with the installed Atlas OS, but nothing changed; the PC still wouldn’t boot from a USB stick. Help is needed.
