I disconnected the GPU and used the integrated graphics without issues, even after several restarts. After reconnecting it, both monitors functioned properly after multiple restarts. I’m hoping this resolves the problem moving forward.

They seem to function properly now, which probably means the previous reboot had an unusual element compared to the rest. Digital devices, or anything that relies on technology, often experience inconsistent performance rather than steady operation.
