Hey everyone, I'm trying to troubleshoot a friend's new PC. Whenever it powers off and restarts, the fans spin at full speed. Even after shutdown, I suspect a BIOS issue or incorrect fan curve might be the cause. I'm not sure if it's a PSU problem—his PSU is a Corsair HX1000W and the motherboard is an Asus Strix B550 Gaming AMD board. Also, when the PSU powers up at the on/off switch, fans start spinning without me pressing the case power button. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time.

I don’t have anything for you, but I’d be happy to see the details of your friend’s computer. Maybe take some photos or a video of the problem, and someone here—hopefully with some experience—can help share what they know.
