Played Tom Clancy's The Division 2, then the PC shut down. The DDR memory module stayed on RGB, but I couldn't press the power button to turn it on. After turning it off and unplugging the power source, I pressed the button to discharge, and it worked again. I thought Windows 11 might be causing problems, so I did a clean install of Windows 10. It seems the NZXT C850 PSU is likely failing. The game's maximum AIO 120 argb works fine, and temperatures stay low when Windows is running. Until I check the MSDS manual for debug data. Overheating concerns? I plan to use a dust blower to clean the GPU heatsink fins and any dust inside the PSU. It’s located behind the motherboard tray in an NZXT H9 Elite Dual Chamber case with 8 fans. The setup includes an Radeon RX6700 X on a GPU vertical bracket, paired with a Ryzen 9 5900X, MSI X570i carbon WiFi motherboard, 2x8GB DDR4 3600 MHz RAM. Two weeks ago, I streamed for three hours of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 and it didn’t happen again.

Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, mention the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
The game max aio 120 argb is functioning properly and temperatures remain low when Windows is running.
+ Ryzen 9 5900xt
You might need a cooler that fits the requirements—at least a 240mm AIO, preferably 280mm/360mm.
However, after turning off the power button and removing the plug, pressing the button to discharge before reinserting it resolves the issue.
Do you experience a tingling sensation when touching the metal part of your case while your bare feet are on a non-carpeted, non-wooden tiled floor?
