After many uses I require a fresh setup
I've been relatively inactive on the forums lately, but I'm now seeking assistance. I'm about to begin a new phase in life—starting university at 40—and need to manage my computer skills for my engineering degree. It's a six-year program, and I want it to be straightforward without constant adjustments. I prefer all new equipment and don't want to replace my existing setup, which is important for my leisure and relaxation. I have roughly 2k to invest, and I'd appreciate your help.
Will there be any gaming involved and you are located in the US or UK I'm guessing?

UK-based project requiring a powerful graphics card for rendering and Blender use, but no gaming involvement.
Intel's 13th and 14th generation CPUs are indeed considered fully fixed, addressing concerns about degradation and instability.
I believed it was more widespread than just i9 if that's the case that's brilliant

i've checked it across the entire 14600 series and above, but it's still performing worse than lower-level CPUs.
now i'm sticking with a 7800x3d if it fits the budget, otherwise go for a 7700 non-x and invest more in a solid GPU with at least 12gb. avoid anything with 8gb.
