Hi everyone, I'm experiencing significant lag after resetting my BIOS to optimized defaults. Details: • CPU: Intel Core i5-12400F • Motherboard: H610M ITX AC (used with CPU) • RAM: G.Skill 3000MHz 16-18-18-36 • GPU: RTX 4070 • OS: Windows 10 (installed fresh on Windows 11, same problem) The Problem: Simple tasks like opening Task Manager, UAC prompts, or quick mouse movements now cause stuttering. Games that worked before are now very slow. Any suggestions? BIOS Settings:
