I recently purchased a new motherboard and was replacing everything, but now with just one RAM stick it functions properly. However, adding the second stick causes no signal to appear on the monitor. Earlier, the RAM worked without any issues.

We need some more specifics. What motherboards, what CPU, what RAM (specific model numbers are helpful, if Corsair memory include version numbers as well), etc.

The model without a passive cooler won’t fit in any slot. Another issue is that my PC starts up in Windows but I can’t access BIOS. There’s no display signal until I’m inside Windows and repeatedly clicking Del.
