Mobo: Gigabyte B350 M.DS3H system includes a Ryzen 5 2400G CPU, SSD, Crucial P3 2TB, plus two HDDs, an SATA SSD, and a GTX 1060. I recently replaced the SSD in my setup. After installation, I pressed power and waited but saw only a black screen with no error sounds. The BIOS didn’t display anything. Everything functioned normally without the SSD. I tried updating the BIOS, resetting it, waiting several hours after startup (1-2 hours), and only booting with CPU, RAM, and the SSD. I checked online for similar issues but found only one user who reported success after rearranging their M.2 slots—placing the SSD in a different slot resolved the problem for them.

Thanks for the update. It’s an NVMe Gen 3 x4 device, and your BIOS is current. The chipset drivers were refreshed after a restart, and you confirmed it was recognized in BIOS. After saving and exiting, it restarted but didn’t start again. Now it’s not working properly. You’re unsure what to do next.
