AMD overclocking or CBS varies by brand placement. PBO allows XMP settings; tweak fan curves if desired but XMP usually suffices. PBO offers limited gains since Ryzen already handles power well, so extra boosts bring minimal improvement. It’s not worth enabling unless you need it.

Consider combining two 8GB modules at different speeds—3200MHz and 3600MHz—and think about skipping XMP settings. The main risk is instability or performance issues when mixing RAM types.
