He’s dealing with persistent Wi-Fi problems linked to his Wi-Fi card being disabled (error code 10). After installing a new CPU, he had to tweak BIOS settings, which caused the network card to fail. Now he relies on a USB adapter that only supports 5GHz and is extremely slow. He’s using Windows 10 on a prebuilt PC with minor upgrades.

CPU model is i7-9700, motherboard appears to be a compact MSI mini-ITX board included in the initial build. Adapter details are unclear, but it matches the original MSI installation as it hasn't been altered. PC identification code is B360 Trident A Plus (MS-B26). GPU is 3070, BIOS version EB926IMS.820, RAM sourced from Samsung and replaced from the original specification.
