The NZXTcam was running smoothly with stable CPU temps around 72-74°C and low CPU load at 28%. The GPU was idle with no load, but the temperature reached 65°C during TF2. Running Wallpaper Engine with a custom wallpaper might affect performance, especially under stress. Your friend's experience with the new modem shows Ethernet issues causing high ping and game disruptions, particularly in competitive titles like League of Legends.

Has your friend installed NZXT Cam? I've come across some problems with this tool, even though I haven't tried it myself.

Actually, I only managed to check the temps with nzxt, and it was after the first video I shared where I played backstabbing the sniper.

It eliminates that possibility by considering prior issues. I’d examine internet activity and storage device usage—drops in connectivity, increases on drives.

Well hold on, I just played 2 games and did not have any frame drops, and to note I did not close wallpaper engine. Maybe it just needed some time to ramp up.
