After BIOS update, no GPU is recognized on the laptop.
After I changed the BIOS on my laptop, performance dropped significantly. It was only using integrated Intel graphics. I couldn’t locate the GPU in Task Manager, Device Manager, or UEFI settings. I reinstalled the BIOS again hoping it would resolve the issue. Windows updates were applied, and I reset the system as well. All drivers were updated. I attempted to downgrade the BIOS but found no older version available. GeForce Experience didn’t recognize the GPU. Lenovo CS mentioned they couldn’t assist. I’m wondering if there’s a way to force a driver install or if an older BIOS exists. Is there a source for the previous BIOS? Could a custom BIOS be an option to unlock advanced settings?
