Hello Guys,
I have the following setup:
CPU : i3-6100
Motherboard : Msi b150m bazooka
RAM : Hyperx 2xxx mhz 8 gb, 1 slot
Power Supply : Corsair 80+ VS450
18 May night, I used BIOS because CPU temperature reached around 90°C;
SA voltage: 1120 to 1000,
IO voltage: 0.980 to 0.800 (fluctuating between 0.960 and 0990),
DRam voltage: 1200 to 1000
After saving and exiting, the screen goes black.
On the motherboard, the debug LED always shows red.
I attempted to clear CMOS with a screwdriver, removed the BIOS battery, but it didn’t help.
Can anyone assist me with this issue?

don't possess a gpu? unplug the power cord once you detach the bios battery?

Sure, I understand.
My GPU is an MSI RX 470 8 GB.
I attempted to use it.
After unplugging the power cable, I removed the BIOS battery and waited 6-7 hours or longer, but it still didn't work.
