Installed an SSD on my PC and reformatted Windows. GPU fans have ceased operation. I've attempted to reinstall drivers and use Afterburner, but nothing worked. Temperatures spike during stress tests (over 90°C) and stay around 40-50°C at idle. System specs include Windows 10 Home, Intel i5-7400 Gtx, 8GB RAM, 2400MHz Corsair storage, Seagate Barracuda, Crucial MX500, and Asrock H110-MDV.

Check for any damage to the cable connecting the fans and the card. It shouldn't be dislodged or broken.

Well, if you pulled it off the deck, the fans probably won’t get excited. You’ll have to decide where to place it. A clearer shot of the card nearby could be useful. (That picture you shared is really small and not very helpful.)

The cable seems to have been loose before, but you're unsure about the correct port on your motherboard. Look for a 2-pin connector where you can safely connect it.

We only know the type of chip on the GPU, but there’s no other information available. Check the connector: if the pins seem detached from the board, that changes things entirely.
