Hello,
My setup is an I7 - 6700k with a Zotax GTX 1080 amp extreme, 32gb RAM at 2400 MHz, and an Asus z170 motherboard. It was running smoothly for about a year until recently, when it began showing BSOD under load. Could you have any advice?

start by reverting the system to its stable version via system restore. if reboots continue once the software is set to a known working state, the issue likely involves hardware.

Without making any adjustments, attempting to run cinebench r15 once more resulted in a crash.
