You're facing a common dilemma when setting up a new laptop. Many reviews suggest a clean Windows 10 installation, while others caution about downloading drivers first to ensure compatibility. The confusion comes from the numerous driver options available online. If you visit the driver site (the link provided), it lists various drivers for different hardware. Deciding whether to download all of them and save them to the USB drive can be tricky. After installation, you'll need to install these drivers manually. It might help to follow the instructions carefully or seek further guidance to avoid missing any steps.

It’s best not to attempt a full Windows reinstall on a brand new laptop unless you’re certain about the drivers. No harm done, just my suggestion. You should understand which components are present in your device. Various SKUs of the same model may include different parts, so only install drivers for those that match your laptop.

Locate the Wi-Fi drivers on USB, then focus on the other ones later. It's likely you won't need to install any drivers, but keep the Wi-Fi/ethernet driver handy just in case. Access the control panel and restart your PC from there.

Windows 10 should locate all the drivers needed for your laptop to operate. In minimal scenarios it might miss some but should retrieve essentials like VGA LAN and display settings to identify the correct model version, ensuring you obtain the appropriate drivers. If several OS versions are present, use the one currently active or install the latest if it’s not available.
