It's confusing why that wouldn't happen, especially since pre-built systems don't receive upgrades. I also purchase OEM licenses for my computers.

Most MS products are available there, plus there are server editions as well. I don’t really need them since my servers run Linux. I just got a key for my PC and another for my laptop—it’s free, so why not?
