I'm searching for a Wi-Fi card under $50 suitable for gaming and streaming YouTube in my basement, roughly 40 feet away from the main router. My iPhone 6s performs around 55 Mbps download and 9 Mbps upload in that area. I don't want to use Ethernet or powerline connections there.

I possess that card, and it functions perfectly. A short wait plus some black paint for that bare-metal PCIe bracket wouldn't be a problem, in my opinion.
