I'm searching for games priced below 15$ or £. I've been checking Bioshock: The Collection, which is 8£ and includes several 3 bioshock titles—two remastered and three DLCs. I've also played popular games like GTA, Half-Life, Life is Strange, Outlast + Whistleblower, and more. Skyrim isn't really appealing to me right now. The system requirements aren't a big issue for me.

For the Netflix release, Witcher 3 appears to offer a substantial deal, with the base game priced around $12 and the DLC at $15.

The Deus Ex titles offer a compelling narrative experience. While I find the original gameplay somewhat dated and unconventional, the storytelling is outstanding. I haven't played Invisible War, Human Revolution, or Mankind Divided. Each provides an engaging journey with rich details and intricate plots. I acquired all three in a bundle. My playtime was 20 hours for DE1 (unfinished), 40 hours for DE:HR, and 70 hours for DE:MD.

Alan Wake delivers an intriguing story reminiscent of Stephen King's style, though the gameplay is average. It takes about 14.5 hours to complete.

The Witcher series presents a challenging first installment but is manageable from the start. The DLCs are worth it—especially the first one, which adds a concentrated 6-8 hour narrative with fresh content. The second DLC expands the world significantly.

Yakuza series masterfully blends intense themes with humorous and absurd elements. It's impressive to invest at least 100 hours into Yakuza 0.

Go for that Bioshock! After reading the title, it was the first thing I thought of when suggesting something.
Personally, I finished that a while back (about three months ago) and it quickly became one of my two favorite games ever, while the initial one immediately hooked me into the franchise from the start. Just try to avoid any spoilers, guides, or anything that might give you too much information about the games.
If you own PS, I also highly recommend The Last of Us.
Also, this subject could offer some helpful directions:

I thought the price was reasonable, but spending a little more seems to be a good idea. You can now find it for 11.65$ on GOG.com.

I will give you a fun fact - if you are using Steam you can actually create and account on Gog.com, buy the game cheaper and connect platforms together
using GOg Connect.
