I have a Strix B650-A motherboard with 2x m.2 Samsung 970 evo, AMD Ryzen 7700x, and 2x G Skill Intel RAM. The BIOS is set to 2413, and Windows 11 is installed through a bootable file on a 16 GB flash drive I converted to fatmax. The drive appears in the boot menu, and I can click it to reset the screen back to normal BIOS. On the boot menu tab, it’s listed as Boot Option #1, with the other option disabled. In the override area, I can click it, but the screen goes black and restarts to the boot menu. If possible, could you please assist? This is my first build, and it worked smoothly until now—no idea why it isn’t auto-booting. Thank you in advance.

When creating a bootable drive with Microsoft's media production software, you won't have to modify the filesystem. The program handles this automatically.

You should convert your Mac laptop file to the appropriate format for the flash drive. The example mentioned adjusting file spacing on a flash drive to fatmax, which is likely the correct method.

During the download process, the file appears as an ISO and adjusts by modifying the storage type to fatmax.

just inserting the ISO won't work.
you need to extract the ISO first and then copy all the files there.
a tool such as Rufus can help if you're struggling to open or extract the files, and it will also manage the file system.
