planning to find a decent graphics card on eBay, similar to the one in the list but under 400 dollars. looking for tips to boost my setup.
Consider beginning with specific sections.
For the E-Bay graphics card, review the seller's background and feedback.

I really messed up, but here it is—just sent it over. I’ve been selling on eBay for a while now, so I know how things work. If the seller messes up and it doesn’t work, I can return it and get a full refund. eBay usually stands by the buyer even if they send it back without a reason.
The goal of this setup is unclear beyond handling intensive tasks. It seems the Intel Core I9 isn't essential unless you need heavy processing. There might be compatibility concerns with the CPU and motherboard BIOS version. The $300 ASUS board offers advantages over a $150 one. My personal choice leans toward using one SSD for the operating system and another for data storage. If you're shopping online, consider E-Bay, but I can source a comparable RTX 4060Ti from a trusted vendor. Gigabyte isn't among my top PSU suppliers; I'd suggest Seasonic or BeQuiet instead. I would move funds from your CPU and motherboard to the power supply for this configuration. This is just my perspective on the build. Apart from the potential BIOS problem, I don’t notice major issues.
Thank you for your reply. I wasn't able to locate a more affordable board that works with the i9, and the PC will mainly be used for gaming. I found a decent price on an i9, so I think I'll stick with it since I can save around 100 dollars. Could you suggest a few more budget-friendly options? PartPicker didn't help much in finding a compatible board. I also believe updating the BIOS would be simple enough. I plan to explore better power supply brands, as I usually go for Corsair products.
