Hi there! You're looking at a 7800X3D system but need to switch to Intel for Cisco modeling labs since only Intel CPUs are officially supported. For your CCNA studies and part-time game streaming, you'll want an Intel CPU that matches the performance of the 7800X3D. Since you're already using an MSI Project Zero motherboard with B650M and DDR5 memory, consider Intel Core i5 or i7 processors around the 8th or 9th generation range. These should offer a good balance between power and compatibility for both your studies and streaming needs. Let me know if you need more details!
From a gaming standpoint? Not really. At 1440p it’s less critical, though there are no X3D CPUs from Intel available. Still, a 14700k would likely be a solid Intel processor capable of handling your needs—just keep in mind to update the BIOS because of wear effects.
