Greetings, I recently completed assembling my computer and am experiencing perplexing frame rate problems specifically with Grand Theft Auto. My graphics card is a GTX 1070 Ti with 8GB of memory, my processor is an i7-7700k running at 4.20 GHz, I have 64GB of RAM, a 2TB hard drive, and my motherboard is an ASUS ROG Maximus IX. I’m struggling to play the introductory section of the single-player campaign at the lowest settings, averaging around 20 to 30 frames per second. I suspect driver-related issues, but I’ve already verified that all my drivers are current. I'm puzzled as to the cause, because my system configuration should easily handle this game without difficulty.

Could you please specify your power source and the type of memory you are using?
