Hey everyone, I was just playing Rainbow Six Siege and noticed the game felt pretty slow at first. When I opened it, my FPS was hovering around 25-30 frames per second. Since I have a GTX 1070 and was using Ultra settings before, I expected around 80-100 FPS depending on the situation. My screen was set to borderless fullscreen, which made switching tabs quick, but once I switched back to fullscreen, the FPS would drop back down to about 80-100.

Get the "boarderless gaming" app. It's also available on Steam for $5, and you can support the creator by donating.

The app offers extra features compared to the built-in version of the game.

Uncertain about some details, but I’m confident the app functions effectively. It supports fullscreen rendering, though the game appears as a windowed, borderless interface.

Don't intend to use this for CSGO. If you do, adjusting the brightness in graphics settings won't be possible. If it's already set to the minimum, you shouldn't encounter any issues.

No problem at all, I won't be using that option in CS:GO.
