I increased my 9900k to 5ghz and temperatures stayed stable during idle and stress, but dropped to 4.5-4.8 when launching Warzone. That’s unusual since benchmarks run smoothly at that speed. Someone, could you suggest a fix? (I have an MSI Z390 MEG ACE.)

I don't have access to your BIOS settings or hardware configurations. Please check your system's BIOS menu or documentation for the AVX offset information.
