Hi, i'm new to overclocking GPUs, and I want to know how much more performance i can get by increasing my core voltage, right now using ASUS GPU tweak II I have put the boost clock to 1360 MHz with the factory value being 1190 MHz and increased the Memory clock to 6800 MHz, the factory clock being 6610 MHz, i put the power target to 111% and the temp target to 90 celsius, and that's as far as i got without artifacts and other glitches, i heard somewhere that if you increase the core voltage you can get more overclocking, what i want to know is if that's true, what the risks are and how to do it safely.
Thanks in advance.

I own a GTX960 and haven't managed to achieve further upgrades by boosting the voltage. The downsides are higher temperatures, so monitor them closely. You'll only find out for sure if it helps after testing.
