I have an i5 8600k, a Gigabyte Z370 Gaming K3 and 16GB 3000mhz G.Skill. I plan to upgrade it to 4.7GHz, but after updating the BIOS for the CPU, the vcore didn't increase. I was experiencing blue screens again while playing PUBG. I tried using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility but it restarts when I press apply. I followed a video tutorial, but when I try to use BIOS settings, it would be better if someone could help me. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

As of 3/22/2018, the percentage of chips that can reach a high vcore of around 1.4 with delidded models ranges from 66% to 85%.
At a vcore of 1.4 and delidded processors, you should expect good results, but proper OC knowledge is essential.
A steady approach involves slowly increasing the multiplier from the default 36 and keeping all voltages set to auto.

You might consider trying 4.30Ghz but avoid overclocking too much since it's uncertain if the CPU can handle higher speeds. However, 3.60Ghz to 4.3Ghz provides sufficient performance for a computer.
