CPU model is Ryzen 5 5600G, motherboard Asus Prime B450M-II. Temperature rises even in BIOS settings exceeding 50°C, causing loading problems. Cooler functions properly, CPU was already reinstalled, repaste and reseat performed, BIOS updated. Temperatures of 2200°C and 5600x are within normal ranges. System boots into Windows without issues. This suggests the issue may be related to overheating rather than a hardware defect.
50c fits comfortably within the normal temperature range and shouldn't cause problems. The bios don't have many power-saving options active, which means temperatures will be higher than in an os. What challenges do you encounter when opening windows? Have you experimented with adjusting RAM speeds? Does the 2200g perform well in this setup?
2200g functions properly. RAM operates at stock speed. Windows 10 becomes sluggish during startup. Using 2200g and 5600x doesn’t raise temperatures as consistently as 5600g—begins at 40°C+ then climbs at about 1°C per second. Could it be a Windows problem? I reinstalled 5600x and haven’t faced any issues yet.
