I received two identical memory kits, one with a B-die and the other with an E-die. The latency values were 18-22-22-42 on both, except for the post which was 17-21-21-42. The boot worked fine on the 16-20-20-42 sequence, but I'm unsure if it's because I didn't touch the T-RAS or due to the E-die kit.
