the memory sticks don't seem to work (honestly if you call it potential then it should go even higher than 3200MHz), but the cpu's memory controller is handling it. At this stage, you probably shouldn't do much—just consider tweaking the soc voltage to 1.1V and increasing the memory voltage to 1.45V.
Did you mount your RAM in the A2 B2 ports? Those would be the second and fourth slots when counting from the CPU side.
