The exact memory kit has been confirmed on the G.Skill memory configurator for that particular motherboard. This confirms it can operate at the advertised XMP speed on that board.

So I updated the BIOS, which made me a bit anxious because ASRock advised against updating it if you're using Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPUs. I was actually using Pinnacle, but I went ahead and updated it, and everything worked perfectly. Then I tried overclocking the RAM again with the XMP profile, and finally the BIOS displayed 3200 MHz. That was a great surprise! After checking in Task Manager under Memory, the speed was confirmed at 3200MHZ, so I felt relieved and happy. Thanks for all the help everyone!
