I believe the h55 has strong overclocking capabilities. Would you like to adjust the multiplier or bus speed?

Well there's a really old thread about a very similar situation here: doesn't seem conclusive but the BIOS version appeared to be a factor. In your BIOS, check out the settings available to you. Also, Intel XTU might be a valid OC option if the BIOS is too locked down. It's free, after all.

I used that board—it looks quite minimal and probably only fits CPUs up to 65W with its VRM and overall limitations. It’s ideal for basic tasks and office work; not suitable for gamers who need powerful boards.

I located the OC settings in the BIOS, adjusted the clock by 10, and now XTU indicates it doesn't drop below 3GHz.
