For most 45nm CPUs, around 4100V is doable with about 1.3V, so reaching 4.3V shouldn't be a problem unless you're using a garbage board. Your P5Q works fine for FSB but has decent RAM capacity, which is good. For CPU power limits, typical specs suggest 1.5-1.6V with a core voltage near 1.6V (Intel 45nm), or up to 1.7V for 65nm. Higher voltages are usually unnecessary at this node. Your goal should be around 1.3-1.4V for 45nm. With these constraints, cooling will likely be the biggest challenge—check your motherboard first.

It's an X48 board that works well with 45nm dual cores, though it doesn't perform as well with quad processors. I previously used a 4GHz Q6600 there.

RF is a solid board, but the results from testing the REX Ebb versus Maximus II formula Ebb didn’t meet expectations—it performed worse than the Maximus version. I can create a mod BIOS using the Maximus II formula Ebb if you want to try boosting its OC performance. It would also be fun to compare how different boards react to Ebb, since it might just mean REX Ebb isn’t well optimized for P45 or it could simply be a poor build compared to Maximus II. Also, the 4G Q6600 model seems to need around 1.5V+, suggesting cooling might not be the main issue.
