The issue likely lies with the memory rather than the system settings. Check if the RAM is installed in slots 2 and 4 when counting from the CPU. If not, it might prevent achieving 3200MT/s. Ensure XMP is enabled, as it adjusts timing and voltage beyond just the DRAM frequency. Auto-voltage may not suffice for this speed. Most MSI boards set the memory voltage to match the DIMM specifications; this isn’t always reliable. Slight adjustments to the memory controller voltages could help. At 3200MT/s, the Ryzen memory controller can technically handle it on stock voltage, but a faulty controller might be the cause. Try setting the SOC voltage to 1.15V, which is optimal for most Ryzen 3000/5000 CPUs. Update the BIOS to the latest or one from 2-3 versions before the newest release. Sometimes outdated BIOS support for memory can lead to problems.
